Summary	0014552: Add a system check to ensure that the ADOdb extension is not loaded
Description	The ADOdb extension [1] code does not behave in the same way as the library's PHP source, resulting in unexpected behavior, e.g. in function db_result (see 0014549). To avoid this, a check should be performed to warn the admin if the extension is loaded. [1] http://adodb.sourceforge.net/#extension
