ANA LUCIA: [becoming emotional] Did he see you out there? Is that why you pretended to be one of us?
Wait, so she knew Goodwin was an Other all along? So she tortured poor Nathan for no reason?!

Dave is by far the episode that resonated most with me. I was going through a very very hard time to the fact that I didn’t feel real. I even said to my mom "it feels like I’m not real." My mom said "What does that mean?" And I didn’t know how to reply. I decided to watch Lost and Dave was the next one to watch. Hurley believed that he wasn’t real and wanted to end it all, like me. But Libby saved him and reminded him he was real. There is always someone, a real person, who cares about you. I thank God for this episode, this show, everything.
Im just curious to know if anyone else watched mainly for the magic/lore stuff rather than the stories of the characters(most of them) and the infighting of the flight survivors and the others/whitmores people.
One thing that I do believe was ever explained (or maybe I missed it) was - who broke the circle of salt that let the Man in Black out of that cabin?
Hello everyone! There's a good chance that no one will see this, but I'm hoping that someone here will be able and willing to help out a very needed group.
Basically, there's a guy making unhinged recaps of Lost on youtube, season by season. In the last one (season 3 ) he included a puzzle. It's pretty hard: he probably dropped hints all over the video, but the main thing are these codes that go with the title cards for each episode:

Any help is welcome! Thanks for reading so far 😌
So my birth name is Zoe (I don't go by it anymore though), but my parents actually met on a popular forum for this show, where the creators would look at what fans would write and occasionally insert ideas. Well, in 2009, my parents got together and had me and announced it, and added they would be ecstatic if they added a one-off character named Zoe who is a smart badass. Well, in Season 6, which was in 2010, the character Zoe showed up. Now, this of course hasn't been confirmed by the creators, but my parents personally believe that it was based on their post and considering the timeline, it is possible.
Hello, I just started watching Lost for the first time this year and I'm currently on Lost season 5. I have definitely become a huge fan and this is definitely the best show of all time, but I was curious. My favourite So far/by far is John Locke. What is your guy's favourite character/characters?
Good afternoon! Has anyone seen a miniature replica of a computer from the Swan station on sale or in private collections? Did the merch manufacturers not think to make such a toy for fans of the series?
Polar bears have been present in the series since the first season, but where did they come from? I believe they were used by Dharma to turn the wheel at the Orchid Station.
In one of the episodes, it is shown that a fossil of a polar bear is found in the desert, right where everyone who turns the wheel and moves the island is teleported. Perhaps Dharma used these animals because they are the only ones smart and strong enough to turn it, and that they would also survive the "teleportation".
Perhaps the cages that Sawyer and Kate are locked in when they are kidnapped were made for the bears. When Sawyer manages to complete the "puzzle" of the cage, one of the others says: "Congratulations, a polar bear did it in 5 minutes", or something like that. Perhaps the puzzles were to train the bears.
Therefore, the bears found in the forest on the island during the series probably escaped from the cages, and the one that was found in the desert moved the island.
Forgive me if there is any English mistake, I'm from Brazil and just want to contribuct with the LostPedia
i'm trying to look for this shepard animation on newgrounds
i tried to search it on newgrounds but nothing about the animation shows up
is this lost media or is this a hoax?
Every few episodes I get stuck obsessing over a "minor" joke just sort of skimmed over, but it’s so hilarious to me that I have to pause it to laugh for a while, or I’ll miss the rest of the scene.
Today, it was season 3, episode 17, "Catch 22."
Jack’s not long back from The Others camp with Juliet and he’s playing ping-pong with Sawyer. Sawyer explains it’s the one from the hatch, and then dryly says "If we don’t play ping-pong every 108 minutes, the island explodes."
It’s a tiny, minor joke. And I find it SO funny I can’t stop thinking about it! 😂 The way Josh Holloway delivers that line is just perfect, just charming, and sarcastic, and witty, and I’m still sitting here smiling at my phone as I type this.
I really love this show, friends :)
