About

The Buttaface Contest Girl Stacy, also known as the Butterface Contest Girl Stacy, refers to a woman, named Stacy, who participated in the "Miss Buttaface Contest" on the Howard Stern Show in the 2000s. The contest involved women with subjectively attractive bodies and less attractive faces taking a brown paper bag off their heads before an audience and a panel of judges. The clip of Stacy in the Buttaface Contest went viral on Twitter / X in mid-August 2025, sparking memes and viral discourse about misogyny, feminism and a perceived cultural shift from the 2000s to 2010s.

Origin

On May 13th, 2004, The Howard Stern Show aired the "Miss Buttaface Contest" in which they rated the bodies and faces of female contestants who were considered "butterfaces," a slang term for "but her face," meaning a woman with an attractive body but a less attractive face.

The full video was shared to YouTube years later, on October 21st, 2021, by YouTuber[1] 我的世界萌小熊, gaining over 54,400 views in four years.

At the video's 8:51-minute mark (shown below), a woman named Stacy is shown in a black bikini with a brown paper bag over her head. When she removes it, the audience is heard jeering, and the judges, including Howard Stern, Artie Lange, Rob Schneider and Robin Quivers, are heard cracking jokes about her appearance.
