ScreenSteps Allowlist Domains and Public IP addresses

Public KB Allowlist Domains
The following domains are used to deliver content for the public-facing KB for a ScreenSteps site:
- assets.screensteps.com
- assets2.screensteps.com
- media.screensteps.com
- maxcdn.bootstrapcdn.com
- fonts.googleapis.com
- api.keen.io
- d26b395fwzu5fz.cloudfront.net
If your account is using the ScreenSteps video streaming feature you also need to allow the following:
- *.video.screensteps.com
Admin Center Allowlist Domains
The following domains are used to deliver content within the Admin Center for a ScreenSteps site:
- reports.screensteps.com
- *.browser-intake-datadoghq.com
- realtime.getbeamer.com
If your account is using the ScreenSteps video streaming feature you also need to allow the following:
- *.production.mux.com (for video uploading)
IP Addresses
The IP addresses below can be used to provide Allowlist rules for access to internal or 3rd party services by ScreenSteps servers.
We will do our best to keep this page up to date, but it is possible that changes will be made to the Public IP addresses ScreenSteps uses without advanced notice.
Cloudflare IP addresses
ScreenSteps is served via the Cloudflare CDN which maintains a list of IP addresses.
Amazon Web Services (AWS) IP addresses
ScreenSteps stores files on Amazon S3 which maintains a list of IP addresses.
ScreenSteps Desktop Authoring Tool
The ScreenSteps Desktop Authoring Tool is only used by users who are authoring content.
If your company firewall settings require domains to be added to a allowlist then you will need to add the following domains to the list:
- *.screenstepslive.com: The * represents your ScreenSteps account name.
- *.screensteps.com: ScreenSteps delivers media files from media.screensteps.com and other files using other subdomains of the screensteps.com domain.
- www.bluemangolearning.com: ScreenSteps checks this domain for updates to the desktop software.
ScreenSteps Desktop uses port 443 for secure connections.
