We have tried to link a youtube video to a slide and get the following message
An error occured. Please try again later. (Playback ID: xtFZPNFudZsD619c)
Any idea why we are getting this error?

Might be because of the link to the movie. If it is to one single movie it works, if it includes lots of parameters, a play list etc. it might not work. It seems that your link includes a playlist and some other things.
