Release date for Branching scenario

No, there is no release date. But I think it will be the next release, after this one, and we aim for 10 releases a year. So you can try to do the math :)

Hi Tom,

You have 6 releases so far and it ́s not the next so it will be arriving with release no 8? Am I correct? The reason why I am asking is that my school would like to create a massive content using the feature Branching Scenario because it lets us integrate a large variety of content types in a planned and structured flow. Would it be possible for us to get acces to the beta version of Branching Scenario?

Hi Claes, it should be done by the end of this year. The Core Team is working on improving the Hub for this next release and Branching Scenario should come straight after that. The Core Team don't do beta releases but we would love your input as a beta tester:

Hi Tim,

Thank you very much for a quick reply. I will sign up for the beta tester group. I am crossing my fingers for the Branching Scenario release since we would like to make the modelling of our story boards in H5P Branching Scenario and thereby have the chance to create prototypes directly in the production tool.

Looking very much forward to news about Branching Scenario.

Hi Claes, the view part for branching scenario is almost done however the editor will be take a bit longer. The Core Team will be building a completely new graphical interface for the editor. I'll make sure to keep the beta tester group up to date as soon as it is close to release.

Release date for Branching Scenario

Hi All, This new content type is crucial for competing with all the other learning cartridge creation software like Smart Sparrow, Adobe, LAMS and SCORM packages that are cumbersome and inflexible. I am hoping you have "cracked this nut" to make it easier to do interactive educational storytelling that lets the learner navigate different paths through the content. Robert
