When adding slide in presentation continuously slide count is mismatched

I am unable to replicate the issue that you mentioned. Can you please provide a screenshot or a sample H5P.

If you are in first slide,the user clicking continuously add slide button around 30 times.the slide will created.but the current slide starting it show 1/1.after clicking 30 times it will around 25/30..

I'm sorry if this is a bit confusing. The Course Presentation is designed so that it adjusts the "active" slide when it reaches a certain point. It is in the notion that you are done editing the previous slides and helps you move into the more recent slide.
