Hosh Gureli

Hosh Gureli, who grew up in the NYC metro, is a prominent music executive with a focus on electronic music. He started out as a DJ in Boston during the mid-1980s club scene, winning Boston’s Best DJ award in 1987. He later became music director at San Francisco's KMEL radio, where he pioneered a unique rhythm-crossover format. In addition, he created the KMEL Underground Mixshow and was the resident DJ of San Francisco’s premier night club Colossus. In 1993, he joined Arista Records as senior director of A&R, collaborating with artists like Whitney Houston, Deborah Cox, Annie Lennox and Toni Braxton among many others. He later became vice president of A&R at J Records and RCA Music Group. Over the years, he’s also produced/A&R'd notable remixes for artists like Kelly Clarkson, Christina Aguilera, Angie Stone, Luther Vandross, among others, and in 2012, he partnered with Primary Wave Music to consult and manage both electronic and mainstream artists.
Jerry Bonham

Jerry Bonham is a veteran American DJ and producer with a career spanning over 40 years, known for his expertise in house, progressive house, and disco music. Genre Specialization: Bonham is particularly recognized for organic progressive house, rich melodic mixes, and classic disco sets. His playlists have been influenced by a mix of international and domestic sounds, including artists like Rick Astley, Human League, and New Order. Notable Residencies and Venues: His career began in Minneapolis at a club called THE SALOON, which was known for its disco music scene. Jim Hopkins

Jim Hopkins is a veteran DJ, producer, and music archivist from the San Francisco Bay Area, known for his integral role in the early 90s rave scene and his work with the San Francisco Disco Preservation Society. Professional Background Decades of Experience: Hopkins began his DJ career in 1978 and has been active in the music scene for over four decades. Production & Remixing: He has released over 140 remixes and edits and was one half of the production duo The Electroliners, whose 1995 anthem "Loose Caboose" became widely successful. Twitch Recordings: He co-founded the record label and DJ remix service "Twitch" in 1991, which released numerous vinyl and CD compilations of underground dance music. Venues & Tours: He was a regular DJ at famed underground SF venues like Homebase and The Endup, and has played in over 48 cities across the US. Current Focus Archivist: His current primary passion is hunting down, digitizing, and remastering rare DJ mixtapes from the 1970s through the early 2000s. San Francisco Disco Preservation Society (SFDPS): He is the creator and archivist for this organization, dedicated to preserving the history of late '70s SF disco and early '80s Hi-NRG scenes (www.sfdps.org). Juan's love affair with the underground was born in the 90s, deep in the warehouse parties in Oakland and San Francisco. He has been DJing and producing dance and pool parties, shows, and festivals ever since. Inspired by dj masters, Carl Cox, Derek Carter, John Aquaviva and Claude VonStroke, he learned the craft of layering tracks to tell a story and take the dancefloor on an unexpected journey. His sexy, bass driven, funky sets are influenced by electroclash, nudisko, indi-rock, breaks, and tech-house. Juan now lives in Palm Springs and plays at pool and dance parties and every week at Loverboy Sundays.
