My name is Kelly Hays and I live, work and play in Duncan BC. I am a local food enthusiast working for Cowichan Green Community and I am interested in increasing food security of the Cowichan Valley. I enjoy growing, weeding, harvesting, preparing, preserving, fermenting, eating and sharing food at the community farm co-op Growing Opportunities.
I also enjoy designing and building websites.
I have a blog, I have tried to make it as interactive and interesting as possible (Keep in mind, it is under development).
