docs

Not being able to find any good references for how one codes communications with remote Web Services, either other Drupal sites wanting to communicate with my Drupal Services implemented API or non-Drupal sites communicating with my API... I figured it out for both cases, put together a working version that I have in my current project, and then wrote this documentation page for the community: http://drupal.org/node/1070066

Since a lot of new stuff is going into Aegir right now, what do you all say we do a three to four hour doc sprint during copenhagen week - planned and timed right we can try and get irc participation.

Some possible areas to work on:

• Review and rework form helptexts and other end-user help text
• Expand and update the wiki pages in groups
• Begin documenting the API (although maybe it is too soon(tm)?)
• Review/clarify code for murky/unclear comments

Any takers?

Given how unreliable docs.indymedia.org has been - maybe we should move some of the information over to this group.
Also it would give everyone here a chance to comment on the work done so far.

What does everyone else think ?
