travel website

We are an ecotourism company based in Helena, and have a Drupal website (check it out: www.ietravel.com). I have a Drupal firm that is helping me with upcoming big projects: e-commerce, certain other enhancements, etc., but they are quite expensive. I need someone with a strong portfolio who can help out with the routine maintenance and more minor enhancements. I would prefer they be in Birmingham or nearby. We have a test server environment set up on Rackspace, by the way.

Is there anyone whho is running a travel website and have got benefits from the site. and if you are running than how much staff you have for your website and how much money you have invested in it?
