modules video flv

I am trying to build a site in Drupal 6 which has two main content types:

• Music Album (with uploaded audio mp3s of every track, displayed in a single Flash player)
• Music Video (with uploaded video displayed in a Flash player)

I was hoping for some genius from the Denver-Boulder Area Community which modules everyone prefers for video (flv) hosted locally.

the "local" part screws up using emfield.module for me.

I'm looking at FlashVideo.module

video.module shows it shouldn't be used in a production environment.

Ideas?
