Get a free Drupal site built by University of Michigan grad students

Posted by mlhess on November 30, 2015 at 5:56pm

We am seeking clients for a class at the University of Michigan School of Information. Students in this class break into teams to build Drupal websites.

We have about 30 students in the class this winter, so we need 10 sites to create.

That’s where you come in.

Do you know anyone that needs a site (re)built that would be a good candidate for our students?

Posted by alexfisher on March 12, 2013 at 6:48pm

Forgive me, shameless plug-- I just wanted to brag about our team a little because everything we've done is directly related to the great software and community that Drupal has become in Michigan. We were featured in an article on Forbes.com today and Drupal is mentioned in the article title.

It is a great project that is working with Doctors Without Borders to feed malnourished children in places like Darfur. To win the competition, we need your help! Read on to find out how.

Pivots Module

Posted by anthonyoliver on July 29, 2008 at 2:33pm

I found this and thought it was interesting to hear. Last summer there was a DUG meeting and the pivots module was presented then(http://groups.drupal.org/node/5070). It is about a year later and is in full production live on the drupal.org website (http://mrzhou.cms.si.umich.edu/drupal-users-welcome-pivots-recommendatio...).

I e-mailed Daniel and asked if he would come present the module again at the group. Maybe everyone else should give him a nudge and let him know we may be interested in hearing about it again (daniel lives in the A2 area).
