Dificultad creando webforms en Drupal 8

Buenos días!
Estoy desarrollando mi primer formulario con Drupal 8 y no encuentro cómo hacer que el chechbox aparezca desactivado al probar el formulario. Lo mismo pasa con los 'Toggles', siempre aparecen desactivados. Lo que quiero es que al hacer el cuestionario salgan desactivados y el usuario tenga que activarlos.

which add a Please wait.. text once we submit the form.
Due to this Submit button will be disabled until the process is complted.
