Hello Drupalers,

The Drupal India Association (DIA) is organising an India-wide camp on Saturday, 12 March from 9:30am to 6pm followed by an after-party. The event is going to be Hybrid -- which means that you could gather together at a regional office location of any of the volunteering company in your city OR attend at the convenience of your home, online.
We shall be having lectures followed by a code-sprint across the country. There will be contributor leads who will do a briefing session on how and
where you could start contributing.

DrupalSouth is running another short format (4hr) online event on 11 November 2021 with a focus on "Drupal 10 and Beyond" and we're seeking more session proposals:

Submissions close Friday September 17 at 11:59pm AEST.

Proposals should be for 30 minute live online talks that are either a Project Showcase or Technical Deep Dive that might include hands-on exercises for the audience to follow along with. Each 30 minute session will be followed with 15 minutes for Q&A and discussion.

We're now only 10 days away from DrupalSouth 2021 being held on Thursday August 19. Regular priced tickets are still only AUD125ドル for TWO online events in August and November, so grab yours now at https://drupalsouth.org.

It's been some time since we have Singapore meetup. Amidst pandemic and other priorities, community meetup run by volunteers is usually the first one to take the toll.

As some of you might know, I commenced a volunteer role on the Drupal Association Board of Directors (DA) last week. This provides our region with a voice on the DA Board since our last local representative, Donna Benjamin, completed her long and productive term in 2018.

Singapore will host a live stream of Frontend United on 17 and 18 May 2019 for the first time! We will join remotely and follow our custom schedule combining talks from the conference tracks.

I run a website allows us to list as many restaurants as possible with live seatings that can be booked during a month when we launch the event, so its a live reservation systems. we no longer have the support of the vendor who built the solution and so we do need to find another vendor as soon as possible as the next event is coming up in October and we cannot afford a downtime
The system was built up using Drupal and so we need a vendor who has the capability to support a Drupal framework development.

For those of you who doesn't know yet about what Docker is, it is a container-based open platform for developing, shipping and running applications.

Sounds simple right? But what's the benefits of it?
