Hi, sorry my english

I just started yesterday with drupal, i have little knoledge about it, nor the way to modify things, i got this error at my site, i dont know how to fix it, please help me with exact steps to correct this, because i have found really hard to modify things in drupal since im not a php expert, even to install i have follow youtube videos lol, this is my problem, isn ́t allowing me to "create type of content" and many other fucntions dont work correctly, this message appears:

We're excited to announce the next Drupal Commerce Meetup, on Tuesday, May 28, 2013, between 6-8pm. This is a new meetup and we meet on the 4th Tuesday of each month at a variety of venues.

We're meeting this time at Droplabs, a collaborative classroom, coworking space and makerspace near Downtown Los Angeles. Those interested in attending this meetup remotely are welcome to join us via WebEx.

At this Drupal Commerce meetup, we'll be featuring the Commerce Module Tuesday videos and the various modules covered by the series. We'll also discuss recent news and events, including the release of Commerce Kickstart 7.x-2.7 and Commerce-related presentations at DrupalCon Portland 2013.

the question is: if a post belongs to 2 or more groups, how to display info of both groups? Or how to choose which is "primary" if groups are selected as on groups.drupal.org - from multiselect?
