Good aftrernoon,
Hello again..Basic question but I am new to Drupal-
I have started to create a static website. I am making the site at the following domain: 'securitiesshop.com'.
I have created a menu with primary links like 'about us', 'partners', 'contact us', 'services' etc.. I would like to create static informational pages that can be found by the users on my site by way of a dropdown menu at the top of page. I have tried going to 'create content' then creating 'about us' pages, then choosing the menu option, and making the parent item 'primary links'. When I do those actions I do not see any of the page content display anywhere on my site. Does anyone have suggestions, please?

Curious, is this the same
Curious, is this the same site that was posted about last week using the Danland theme?
I do believe that you are going to get yourself much more comfortable with that theme if you go through the Theme Guide that I referenced last week. It is not that large, and has quite a bit of useful information in it that will help you as you expand your site.
If this is the Danland Theme that you are talking about, you need to use the SuperFish menus for this, and you need to make sure to follow the various bits of information about use these from the Theme Guide. You also need to make sure that you have checked "Expanded" on your menu items.
If I'm confusing my various posts, can you supply us some information on what theme you are using, or if it is a custom theme?
Thanks

Danland--Superfish
Hi David,
This is the same guy that posted last week about the Danland theme-- yes. Thanks so much for your help though. I'm going to read the manual.
Danland About Us pages work. Now working on the Slideshow
Yes I am using the Danland theme. The slideshow works. I just poked around and used the 'path' of each page and attached that to the content that I had already added. When I take a look at my 'content' it has node references there which i simply added to the path of the static pages that I displayed (ie. node/6, node/7 etc.).
Now, David, I have read the section from the Danland guide regarding adding pictures the slideshow on the front page. I used Filezilla to add them. I even download 'frontpage' module. The pictures still, aren't showing up on my website. The instructionis from the 'Danland' handbook state the second step: '2.Open the page-front.tpl.php and add your pictures url there.'
How would I do that? Do you know?
Thanks.
Let me take a closer look
Let me take a closer look when I have time and get back to you.
Module Nice Menus
There is a module that integrates the Javascript necessary for the drop-down part of the menu. It is very easy to use.

Thanks
I thought that 'nice menus' was a theme and therefore could not work with Danland. Thanks.
