It's hard to say. Our projects require pretty much all of these functions, from running cron (we haven't used core's cron.php in a little over a year) to taking the site offline before a deployment to clearing the caches and running updatedb afterward. If I had to choose it would be "other" since our deployment scripts depend so much on Drush .
