British Drupal association

So my dad has thrown a spanner in the works by arriving at Marseille airport right in the middle of this meeting. I won't be able to join, unfortunately. As I 'informally' chaired last time, would someone else be able to step in and move things along? Happy to help out with agenda proposal, etc. :-)

I'm trying to remember who put their hand up for being the initial election organisers, aside from myself. I believe it was Finn, Alex, Philip and... Steve? Someone else?

Anyway, really sorry I won't make this one, but if someone could step up and chair that would be awesome.

Re-review the draft document (https://docs.google.com/document/d/1RjSH_u6NL6bJ3VY8wY7EYBjPnTUsONEPYb0i...), and the comments left so far.
Create and share a calendar with association milestones (like: Finalising the draft, registering the association, first election, first official activity, etc.). Who, Where, How?

Also I believe hot topics can have their own points in the agenda. Things like the association name, the initial roles, membership which have already received worries either in some comments.

To that end, I see there's some chat around how membership will work. I wonder if that isn't something to be left to the eventually appointed Board to work out, though? I mean in the first instance we need a sense of purpose, the desired team, a constitution and some elections. After that, whoever we elect can concern themselves with how things like subs will work...

To that end, I have created a short constitution, based on a template I found, that does the bare minimum in terms of goals, governance, seats, etc.:
