That's a tough call, and at the risk of sounding cliche'ish; I'd watch most if not all of them. As I'm more of a Systems guy, I found the tech orientated discussions the most appealing. My favorites were 'Configuration Override', 'Configuration Management', and the keynote. The rapid deployment with BLT and other tools was nice, as was the insecure code discussion.

Again all good stuff.
