Drupal freelancer looking for office space, beginning July/August 2016.
Hi all, I'm a Drupal freelancer moving to Detroit in July/August of this year. I'd like to find some shared office space (or just a desk!). Specifically, I'm looking for space within a half hour drive of downtown Detroit. I work remotely, but hanging with other Drupal folks is much better than working from home!

I'm one of two devs working in Detroit as a remote team for a California company; currently we're in a downtown office but we might move sooner or later.

Possibility in the suburbs
I work at Commercial Progression in Northville, MI. We have 4 in-house developers focused on Drupal, and tentatively have space for someone to come work occasionally/temporarily.
Co-working space
If you find something inexpensive in the Northwest suburbs, let me know. I'm also a Drupal freelancer and would be interested in co-working space a few days a week.
Regardless, let's get together when you arrive - there's a Drupal meetup, but it meets maybe once or twice a year. Not enough to really get to know people

Thanks to everyone for the suggestions! I have (or will) checked out the suggestions for co-working spaces. I'm hoping to find a place to live near WSU, so something like COCAD would be ideal.
In any case, I hope that we can get together. I don't know anyone in Detroit, so I look forward co-working (and co-playing) with other Drupal people!

Thanks for checking in! I found a few places, within busing distance - one called "An Office In Detroit" is within walking distance and is affordable, but I haven't tried it yet. Working from home is ok while waiting for new projects. Freelance life! :)
