Hello Guys,

I am sure you all are doing fine & had great time at DrupalCon Asia.

I am not sure about any ongoing activity in Bihar regarding Drupal as I can’t find any relevant posts about such things but I can see this existing group. Reason for me to start this thread is to get in touch with any community people from Bihar, so that we can plan for some community activity such as Meetup or training on regular basis. I have been in touch with some guys from Patna, who has promised me to help if I plan something but seeing a existing group I wonder, are there more like minded people?

I remember my time in Delhi NCR in 2012, when there were such activity happening. We started a thread like this & we met after some round of discussions. It helped us forming a group, which further organised DCD & continued doing so. People kept going out of the town & more people replaced but it was all exciting journey.

Same way, I am expecting some people to take interest in spreading Drupal in Bihar. I have experience in planning, mentoring & organising such meetup/training/camp. So lets get united for the benefit of our state & spread Drupal as much as we can.

I don’t have any particular city name in mind for now as I am always ready to travel if required for such things. I invite all of you to express what you feel like & let discussion roll..

@Rajeev, Good to hear from you and thanks for starting this thread.
I am actually planning and formulating a couple of stuffs before I actually communicate and publish the plan to this group.

@All:
Below are the agenda behind this meetup that I have thought of:

  1. Getting in touch with crazy Drupalers in Bihar and boost up the activities.
  2. Being one of the core and active contributors in Drupal and Drupal Community Mumbai, I would like to share my experiences from Drupal Mumbai camps, and other events we have been organizing along with DrupalCon Asia discussions especially for those who couldn't catch up for the grand event in Mumbai recently.

Proposed location: Patna (Exact venue to be discussed and decided)
Proposed date: Mar 20, 2016 (Sunday) - As Holi is approaching, it would probably the best time to relax and meet crazy Drupalers from Bihar.

Please feel free to share and add your thoughts to it.

I will also be there around that time & I would love to catch up.

Just now I created a sheet & added into discussion to collect contact details, so that we can use that to get in touch with people. Please fill yours too :)
