Hey fellow Drupalers,

Do you love planned developments, HOAs, TICs?

Have you ever been on a HOA board?

Did you ever wonder where your HOA dues went?

If you are like me, you have and realized, there is so much room for improvement.
I am focusing a few areas:
* Paypalify my HOA: Finance: howto streamline the dues payment process and collections
* Yammerize my HOA: Community: enhance the planned development lifestyle through community sites and social media
* Yelpify my HOA: Rating system for vendors who work with HOAs
I want to empower residents and Boards of Directors.

Who:
* What I wrote above resonates with you
* Awesome Drupal developers and site builders
* Tech people who can help think through some cool ideas. I personally LOVE open source (nodejs, Drupal, wordpress, and a host of other APIs).
* Realestate or HOA community managers with experience in planned developments of all types (TICs, HOAs, PUDs, etc)
* Sales, marketing, or biz dev
* You dig physical activity: yoga, swimming, Bootcamp, biking, etc.
* Designers, architects, or builders

I have been a real estate broker for 6 years I own my own company and am developing with drupal / drealty on the side I have a good sandbox, optimizing now, part of my biz is property management, and there is a HOA involved. I'm def into physical activity so I'll bite, what are you looking for, I need something that either: pays so much money that I can "back burner " some projects or else something that is just interesting enough to help me feed my hunger for procrastination on my current projects.

I'm a web developer Hungarian. I have a very important job. I edit a Realtor website. I found a very high quality property management module. (Real Estate Drupal module). I promise Hungarian drupal developers to spend the Hungarian language module. I really want to ask for help and permission to implement this Hungarian Drupal developers.

Hello Anietie, is this project/concept still alive? I am very interested. I am building several SaaS apps in Drupal, for the real estate and property management industries. I'm building a resident portal system in Drupal and other apps for RE and PM as well.

I live in a condo and am very familiar with HOA. I would be interested in this team.
