Drupal admin not saving records

Events happening in the community are now at Drupal community events on www.drupal.org.

Hi Friends,

I Downloaded drupal commerce based site for Acquia server to local machine and after configuring with db it works but not saving any record.

Please advice any one is facing the same issue.

Note: i disabled memcache entity cache but still not working. Drush is working fine.

Just got log that says MySQL Deadlocks issue

and i am using drupal version 7.35

any advice ?
