VoipDrupal is a suite of Drupal modules that allows a person with a regular phone to interact with your site content or shopping cart.
This session is an introduction to the VoIP Drupal suite of modules (http://drupal.org/project/voipdrupal) and how you can use them on your site to allow visitors to call or text and receive information via a text message or voice. There are also many other use cases for a phone to be connected to your Drupal site.
