drupalscout.com replacement?

Events happening in the community are now at Drupal community events on www.drupal.org.

drupalscout.com was a good source of Drupal security information but is now gone and redirects to the Acquia home page.

Does anyone know if the information previously available on drupalscout.com will end up being available somewhere else or is it just gone now?

Most of that content was migrated to the Acquia docs site, I believe

https://docs.acquia.com/search/site/security?f[0]=hash%3Athk6wk

However, you may need to register to read some of the content

There is a lot on there yeah

There is a lot on there yeah but not all of the value that used to be on drupalscout.
It's a bit disappointing but there's nothing to be done about it I suppose.

I don't dispute that those docs are a very good resource though and I can understand not wanting to have duplicate content to update.

Perhaps a more user friendly redirect would be helpful

Since there are a large amount of links around the web that point to drupalscout.com, perhaps it would be better if drupalscout.com redirected to a page on acquia.com that explained where the information has gone instead of just to the home page.

Hi rooby, The drupalscout.com

Hi rooby,

The drupalscout.com articles were indeed migrated to docs.acquia.com. Note that they are all publicly accessible without the need to register or log in to acquia.com. If you find any that isn't public, then it's a bug (let me know via https://www.drupal.org/user/52142)

I'll see if we can put some helpful redirect in place.
