Multi select products on product display.

Before I try to re-invent the wheel: I'm looking for a module or method to be able to select multiple variants (products with SKU's) and quantities on the same product display page.

Example: Product display is Balls, products are all coloured balls (red, blue, etc.) Each product got it's own SKU and price. On the product display page there is a list with rows consisting of checkbox, product title, price and quantity field.

User select which products they want, and enter quantities for each. When clicking on Add to Cart, each of these products are added as a line item in the cart. Is there anything like that?

I don't know if there is an easy way to do this (i.e. custom module) but I wonder if you could create a product display for each variant (that would give you an add to cart button for each) and then display those nodes on the same page e.g. using views. Not an ideal solution as you would have multiple 'add to cart' buttons.
