"Log in or register to post comments" not showing

Hi did you Guys experienced this? the link "Log in or register to post comments" not showing on a anonymous users? thanks..

On drupal.org? On your site? In general, when you take over a display of a content type with Display Suite, you have to add those links, i.e. let them be displayed in some region. They should be named "Links".
