Hey Drupallers, I am frazras, a co-admin in the Jamaica Drupal User group. I will be spending the next two or so years in Trinidad and Tobago as of next week.
Having just left the September meetup of the Jamaica Drupal group, I would really love to know that there is a thriving group of Drupallers/Drupalistas in T&T who I can lime with - even to organize an October meetup.
I realize this group has been a bit on the quiet side so I am sending out a PING - soo ACK if you are still alive in this group and if you are interested in a meetup.
I definitely would not be familiar with the best locations and time for this group but I'm sure we all can work out a nice spot.

I am now in Tobago (with sucky internet) - I am writing this from the Esplanade in Scarborough using free WIFI as we speak. TSTT apparently has run out of internet connections for new accounts for the entire island 0.O hope this isn't the beginning of sorrows. I am also having mixed results with bmobile's mobile WIFI
Anyways - I am still looking to work anyone here who is in the circle, I know xamount was active in the early days, hope others will popup. Otherwise we probably have to plan a 2 person meetup down south with trinikrono :-D

Yup I'm here in Tobago for the past 2.5 months. Still checking out the tech scene. I was at startup weekend T&T and I met with the guys by UWI for some Drupal training, they are about to do a conversion. Let me know if you guys are still up for a meetup, then I will try and book a flight over.
P.S. Maybe best after the holidays because most flights have already been booked ;-P

I did a quick cost estimation for the Peru trip. I came up with approx US1500ドル which covers airfare, hotel and food for about a week and 2-3 days. Anything extra is additional.
