A few issues needing review

Hey guys,

I could really use a few reviews on some issues that are lagging. I have seven issues set to CNR at http://drupal.org/project/issues?states=8&assigned=chriskennedy right now.

In particular I'm interested to hear if there are any suggestions for these two UI-related patches:
1. Custom date-time formats
2. Links to jump to previous/next new comment

I reviewed both those, they look pretty damn close. Good stuff!

You mind reviewing these two in return?

Huge speedup! Use Drupal caching mechanism for taxonomy_get_tree()
Actually clear other caches, allow dupe form submissions on Execute PHP code, and use spaces not TABs
