I would suggest that you take jQuery Update out of there as a requirement given that there are different methods of getting that in there. The theme has a CDN option on the config page now.

I also wondered about the application of this, the content needs to be statically and specifically created as a bootstrap carousel content type. I would be more likely to use a Views bootstrap carousel module or a display formatter for a set of images.
