A few issues we discussed last time have patches waiting for feedback:

• Use of red color to indicate a field which is required and was left blank or not filled out properly is not accessible: http://drupal.org/node/447816
• Use fieldset and legend for date: http://drupal.org/node/504962
• Search form needs a header for accessibility: http://drupal.org/node/545610
• Navigation menus should be preceded by headings: http://drupal.org/node/364219

If we can keep the accessibility issues moving forward, we can make big improvements in Drupal 7.
