Of those, the most Flexible are bartik and garland, but each has a distinct look, and neither is a use-it-everywhere type of theme. My company uses about 95% Omega, with a bunch of proprietary extensions that make life very easy for us. Occasionally a client will come to us, having already selected a theme, or with such a simple site that we'll use a 'drop-in' theme. But mostly we stick to Omega.
