What is the best modules to used as Greybox Alternative?

Here's what I wanted to do:

I want to load an external page (external to my drupal site) that contains a flash file (swf) in a way like the Greybox of Orangoo Labs. I search if there is an existing greybox modules and seen many of the available modules gives a lightbox effects and I don't know if it will fits my needs.

The reason why I wanted to use Greybox is because it loads an external page in an overlay window automatically in full screen without using an iframe (XHTML strict DTD does not support iframe). Also the page that will need to load contains a big flash file (835px by 597px) so the overlay must be big enough for people to see, (contains a tutorial lesson).

In the CMS that I used before Greybox was already included as part of the core and I don't have this problem, I just migrated my site to Drupal and I need this functionality.

Mga Ka Drupal, Ano po ang maiging alternative module para dito?

I use lightbox2. Check if this suits your requirements.

Thanks for your recommendation, I will try lightbox2, I've seen it installed in your site, I guess you use it for your gallery, I already tried to installed the Greybox Redux module but it made my site to run very slow , maybe a conflict with other module installed and sad that it doesn't support CSS validation, it throws 5 error in CSS file, so I disabled it.
