Who said that Drupal sites are ugly? Take a look at 70 outstanding sites a an inspiration and a proof that Drupal can be beautiful.

Very nice, but...
Those are some very nice Drupal sites indeed, but most of those sites were designed by some expensive webdesigners. I can only dream of a Drupal site like the ones in your blog article. The background is usually the main reason why those sites look so gorgeous.
