We are proud to announce DrupalCorn Camp 2012 to be held on the Iowa State University campus in Ames on August 3-4, 2012. If you are an open source enthusiast, Drupal designer, hacker, geek, Drupal developer, UI expert, IT manager, or you just want to find out what this Drupal thing is, this conference is for you!

Drupal powers websites for the Economist, MTV-UK, The White House, and Sony Music.

It's the operators that is the real cost.

We are planning on capturing screens/audio with adobe captivate. John Rearick has a plan and infrastructure to support this.

Don't get me wrong I not against capturing with video but I can't take on organizing equipment and operators. If you are willing to take that on, I will support you. We have three main rooms. So three cameras and three operators is what would be required.

If you are interested in leading that charge send me a personal message and we will take it from there.

The product is Camtasia Relay from TechSmith. We can present it in a variety of formats including mp4, flash, YouTube, silverlight.

As long as the laptop they are using has a webcam it can capture the lecturer as well. So that should actually cover it. I can help starting and stopping the sessions if you don't have anyone lined up yet.
