Videos?
Do we have any plans to video the sessions?
Shouldn't be too hard to come up with a few cameras and tripods, I can provide a couple.
It's the operators that is
It's the operators that is the real cost.
We are planning on capturing screens/audio with adobe captivate. John Rearick has a plan and infrastructure to support this.
Don't get me wrong I not against capturing with video but I can't take on organizing equipment and operators. If you are willing to take that on, I will support you. We have three main rooms. So three cameras and three operators is what would be required.
If you are interested in leading that charge send me a personal message and we will take it from there.

The product is Camtasia Relay
The product is Camtasia Relay from TechSmith. We can present it in a variety of formats including mp4, flash, YouTube, silverlight.
camtasia relay will capture video too
As long as the laptop they are using has a webcam it can capture the lecturer as well. So that should actually cover it. I can help starting and stopping the sessions if you don't have anyone lined up yet.
Our next regularly scheduled
