Trigger action on User email change

Events happening in the community are now at Drupal community events on www.drupal.org.

I have tried to create a Rule that is triggered when a User changes its email address. In particular I tried the following:

Event: After updating an existing user account
Condition: NOT Data Comparison
Condition parameters: Data to compare: [account-unchanged:mail], Data value: [account:mail]

Someone can help?

that I want to send an email when the status of a node changes. I'm trying to figure out how to test when the taxonomy value stored in the status field changes to something different than what it was.
