Tournament abstraction module

As discussed at the BoF, I have posted the in development version of our tournament abstraction framework for collaboration with others in this space.

Thank you so much for sharing this ... Not only is the logic around the tourney types valuable, but the whole module serves as a great model for some of the other sports related objects that I was contemplating. (And I already see a number of modifications that I'll need to incorporate into my existing modules.)

Looking forward to digging a little deeper into the code, and excited to see what else we build, given such a solid start. Thanks again!
