SMS payment Drupal - best option,ideas, case studies

Hi,

I need to create SMS payment for articles (single), and bulk ( edition which are organized through taxonomy)
(Drupal 7)

After researching, i have two ideas:

Ubercart + custom sms payment module
(future plans are credit card, paypal, and that is best option then)
Custom sms payment module similar to this -http://smscoin.net/software/engine/Drupal/

What are suggestion, which provider to use, which framework?

It's possible to make combination Ubercart (shop) + SMS framework (registration)

I have not check SMS framework and possibilities
