Some suggestions:
1.Use favicon
2. enable Clean urls which will omit "?q" part from your url.
3.You can use © symbol

I also want to enable this urls from admin part , when i do it , it gives me the Server Error not having right to overwrite url.That why I have to disable this.

1) For Fevicon you can upload fevicon icon by theme setting "admin/build/themes/settings/"
2) For Clean urls use path and pathauto modules
