This is really great news if you would organise a DruaplCon in South America! Be sure to talk to all the people who organised one in the past and to the Drupal Association (DA). I am sure however that the DA and Dries would very much welcome a DC outside North America and Europe. Infact, there should be 5 (6?) DC's per year :-)
