Deleting blocks created with Region to Block

Events happening in the community are now at Drupal community events on www.drupal.org.

I can't see any way to either rename or delete a block created with Region to Block. Is there a way to do this?

Ok, I think this is a bug actually.

I created a block from "region to block", and then edited the Content Type. I changed the Content Type's name including the machine name. I can't confirm that this was what caused the issue, but I'm pretty sure that's what did it. Now I have a block that can't be deleted because it's not connected to the content type anymore.
