Malayalam type

Hi Sherif,

It is a good idea. But the problem is with our non-standard transliteration typing method. I am using Mozhi keyman. Google uses their own. Svanalekha uses its own standard. Choosing and adopting one will be a little difficult. Can you add malayalam inscript keyboard support as well?

My 2 cents

Transliteration and inscript stylie keying are two ways of input methods.

We should use both options. Mozhi for phonetic style transliteration along with standard inscript keyboard input method. See any C-DAC Indian softwares like NILA or Kaveri. Both are freely downloadable.

On rethinking, see Mr.Umesh's "gurukulam" blog site. There is a floating keyboard. You can close it if you dont want. The site is built by Wordpress. http://malayalam.usvishakh.net/
