How to update the "Available update"

Events happening in the community are now at Drupal community events on www.drupal.org.

I installed OP2.3. Where would I find the procedure to update the "Available updates"? Drupal core, Advanced User, Autoload, etc...

you have to download the modules and overwrite the oldest one, then you have to run http://yoursite/update.php and follow the instructions.

Don't forget to not to update the patched modules. See it here http://groups.drupal.org/node/60313

Although they do not list the patched modules for 2.3 RC, I do not update the modules listed there to avoid any mess.
