Solid frameworks like zend and symfony are becoming more and more popular.

We have seen that magento (an ecommerce application), which is based on the zend framework, is now the leading PHP ecommerce solution.

Can Drupal 7 or 8 be build uppon the zend framework ?

Nope, the Zend Framework will never become part of Drupal core. It can, however, help addon modules. Take a look at Zend Framework module for the API bridge.

I know working with drupal quite good (I think).

Without being in the core it seems to mee zend and Drupal modules could be an interesting mix.
In what areas could zend be usefull for drupal sites or the other way round?
Are there examples of good Drupal-zend cobo's?
