The Drupal India Association (DIA) is organising an India-wide camp on Saturday, 12 March from 9:30am to 6pm followed by an after-party. The event is going to be Hybrid -- which means that you could gather together at a regional office location of any of the volunteering company in your city OR attend at the convenience of your home, online.
We shall be having lectures followed by a code-sprint across the country. There will be contributor leads who will do a briefing session on how and
where you could start contributing.

Frontend Re-United is the most comfy, people-first, non-profit Frontend conference in the world. Our aim is to connect frontend developers and designers from all kinds of backgrounds to share knowledge, experiences and ideas. FRU Kathmandu is happening again in 2020 with the same idea - to make an amazing experience in the FU context!

Kathmandu will host a live stream of Frontend United on 18 May 2019 for the first time!

We will join remotely and follow our custom schedule combining talks from the conference and our own local speakers.

We have livestream Sessions from Utrecht but also local speakers.
The livestream will consist of switching between slides and speaker

There are two groups called Nepal and both are sparsely active. I propose lets merge both groups to form One united group for Nepalese Drupalers.

A few weeks back Drupal Association announced the Elections for it’s Director-At-Large position. The At-large Director position is specifically designed to ensure community representation on the Drupal Association board. I strongly feel there should be a representation from Asia. Drupal Asian communities have seen tremendous growth in recent years, be it adopting Drupal by Enterprises, conducting successful Drupal Camps, Organizing Training Days, Conducting Code Sprints or taking initiatives to make Drupal community flourish.

Rules (http://drupal.org/project/rules) is one of highly used modules in Drupal. The rules module allows site administrators to define conditionally executed actions based on occurring events. Out of the box rules comes with some events, actions and conditions.

Is the South Asian community ready to take on a DrupalCon, perhaps as soon as January 2013?

If so, now would be the perfect time to start discussing it. It would be great to open this discussion before DrupalCon Chicago, next month. Of course, if you are going to Chicago, we can have a very informal meeting there.

To be clear, there has been no discussion, let alone a decision of any kind by the Drupal Association. This is strictly a fact-finding mission by me to gauge the level of interest in your communities.

Hi all, I just created my first drupal site, and now I need to create the user registration form. I guess I have to do that from scratch eh? Seems like there would be a template or widget, as all the user regs that I have entered my own stuff into for this type of site are primarily the same:)

But I think I have to learn CKK and Views anyway, so my first question is where to do that? I live in Nepal and video is painful here, so a text tut would be best. My second question is this:
