About:

Twin Cities Drupal Camp is a three-day conference, held annually in the Minneapolis-St. Paul metro area. Every Drupal Camp features keynote speakers, sessions, code sprints, great parties, and lots of networking.

Registration is open, sponsorship opportunities are available and session submission is open through Monday, April 29th!

It's only 5 days until the deadline for submitting sessions for this years Twin Cities Drupal Camp. Deadline is Monday April 29th (Midnight CDT).

We would love to get more session submissions from new voices in our community. Folks who have not presented before and are looking for their first opportunity as well as from people who are working in fields closely related to Drupal, but not Drupal specific.

Learn how to build a website with Drupal from top to bottom. This week-long Drupal class is divided into three parts: site building, theming, and module development. You can register for all five days, or just the days of interest to you.

Site Building & Architecture (Day 1) - Learn about how to structure your Drupal 8 site and take advantage of modules and configuration techniques.

Join us for this month's Open Web Coworking Day. We have lots of great space in our Minneapolis office so we're inviting you to cowork and network with other WordPress, Drupal and Open Web people.

Come join us for our October Happy Hour starting at 5:30pm at Venn Brewing in South Minneapolis. Venn has been a great venue so far, offering plenty of space and a great array of rotating taps to choose from. Stop on by and talk Drupal, or anything else, with some of the local community.

This Saturday, BackdropCMS will be releasing version 1.11.0. I know that some folks in the local Drupal community are Backdrop curious.

I've blocked out a couple of hours on Saturday when I'll be helping with the release and/or working with David Radcliffe on a BackdropCMS contrib module that we maintain.

We tried the patio thing for Happy Hour in January and it just didn't work (despite the heated tent), so we are going to try something different this month.

Triplo and Silicon Prairie Portal and Exchange (https://sppx.io/) will host a Happy Hour / Game Night for the local Drupal community. Come on in from the cold for some social time and light Drupal chatter. We'll start at 5:30pm (Feb 1st) and go until the games end.

Beverages and light food stuff will be provided. Bring your own games (but don't worry, we'll have plenty).

There was a little confusion about our meetup plans for December, so we never officially announced Happy Hour this month. However, it was posted on Meetup.com and some folks may just assume it's happening - so, I'm hanging out at BauHaus Brew Labs to have beers with any Drupal fans that show up. I expect at least a few others.
