Drupal Diversity & Inclusion advocates through SFDUG are hosting a Speaker Diversity Workshop to help speakers from underrepresented groups prepare to speak at conferences. This will in turn help local meetups, Drupal Camps, and even DrupalCons develop a more diverse speaker roster. The workshop helps folks bust through their impostor syndrome and develop a topic, title, pitch, bio, and outline. #DrupalSpeakerDiversity

The workshop covers:
- Impostor syndrome
- Finding a topic
- Better speaker tips
- Writing a great pitch
- Creating an outline
- Creating great slides

With the uncertainty of the COVID-19 outbreak affecting DrupalCon Minneapolis, the DA's biggest fund raiser, financial support is needed now to help the DA continue its mission of supporting the Drupal software project and the Drupal Community.

For contributors working on refreshing the Getting Involved Guide, the regular meeting takes place in the Drupal Slack #documentation channel on every other Tuesday at 1600UTC.

Bay Area Drupal Camp is October 24-27...four days of talks, training classes, summits, contributions, and socials with some of the brightest minds from all over the world!
And admission to BADCamp is FREE!

We will have a dedicated space for contribution and every morning we are inviting folks who are new to the issue queue to come by and ask questions. Our goal is to empower more folks to jump into helping move the Drupal project closer to perfection.

Our drupal community in Rwanda would like to organize half day drupal meet up and we would like to focus much on WOMEN in DRUPAL as the audience will be from one Women institution. Does anyone have time to give me tips as this topic will be my first time to talk about it?
