Thank you to this awesome community for your patience as we navigate the effects of COVID-19 and its impact on our desire to gather at DrupalCon in Minneapolis in May. Canceling DrupalCon Minneapolis was the right decision, but it didn’t make it any less painful for all involved. Thank you to the volunteers, sponsors, staff, vendors, and attendees that supported DrupalCon Minneapolis along the way.

DrupalCon Barcelona 2020 is going virtual and is now DrupalCon Europe 2020!

With the format changes we are happy to introduce a few new opportunities to the conference, and we strongly believe that the community will contribute to a great experience of the virtual DrupalCon Europe 2020.

Drupal camp Chennai

We are happy to announce the first-ever Drupal Camp in Chennai organized by the Drupal Chennai Community. Drupal Camp Chennai 2019 is a conference organized for the Drupal community and people showing interest in Drupal. This two-day event features training workshops and sessions. It will be held on 7th and 8th December 2019 in IIT Madras

It was recently revealed that GitLab, the company that provide the new git platform that the Drupal community is moving towards, is unwilling to vet their clients for ethics problems:

On behalf of the Indian Drupal Community, we are extremely excited to share that the day is finally here with Drupal India Association (DIA) as a Section 8 company. The organization got incorporated in early June & we had our first meeting & announcement on 19th June 2019 at Drupalcamp Delhi 2019 held at JNU Convention Centre, New Delhi!

As of now, DIA is already backed by QED42, Axelerant, Srijan & Unimity. We are working to set up a seed fund of about ₹21 lacs (30K USD).
