ServiceRegistry - Exposes the OSGi Service Registry as a Java-Only API (no OSGi framework). This allows both local and remote services to be used in Java-only programs.

A thin ServiceRegistryFactory API is defined in projects/org.eclipse.ecf.osgi.serviceregistry project, and this API is implemented by Apache Connect.
